21-1/4"-21-1/2"

 X-Small
21-5/8"-22 1/4" Small
22-3/8"-23 1/8" Medium
23-1/4"-24" Large
24-1/4"-24-5/8" X-Large
24-3/4"-25 1/8" XX-Large
25"-25 5/8" XXX-Large
To Size: Measure your Head with a cloth tape measure 1 inch above your eyebrows. (At your heads largest size). 

Hint: If you don't have a cloth tape measure use a string and then stretch it out on a yard stick.
