I figured it out.
All I needed to do was pull the plug out, turn it over and the pump pulled the fuel to the piston purging the air lock in the line.
Put the plug back in and it fired right up.

I'm in Mass also what are you looking to get for your Scoots?
What year, color, condition, and do they have electric start?

Hi I have a 1988 SnoScoot with electric start. Ran beautiful last year. I shut the gas off and ran the carb out. Now I can't get it started. The fuel line leading up to the carb has some gas and air in the line that I can see. I turn the key to start it and I can see the gas want to go to the carb, ...

I wish I lived closer, but thats way to far to drive.

I was wondering how many different colors the yamaha sno-scoots were offered in.
I've seen the RED, BLACK and the BLUE.
Were there any others?
