Scott Start/Runs Fine but No Power Under Load
Have a Scoot that starts and runs great until it is put under a load. If you hold the brake a bit, it never reves up. Same deal when you ride it. Just never turns up like it should. Carb is clean as is the whole fuel delivery system. Runs perfect all the way up through the RPM range on a jack stand....
