I got a few tachs and a speedo for the Merc sled and some of the tachs are at 5000 and 7000 RPMs. The one moves around but the other one is stuck. Is the tachs bad?

I also got a belly pan and a sway bar for a RT model. Can anyone tell me what year these are?

There is some parts but not alot - slide suspension, 3 hoods, alot of suspension parts also. I am going to wait and call the guy in a couple of weeks.
