What is the proper way to pull a flywhel on a 644? Do I pull on the 1/4-28 tapped holes or the 5/16-24 studs?

I bought a 73 mark 1 that I know nothing about. What is the fuel/oil mix ratio and what oil goes in the gearbox? Also where the heck are the reeds on this thing?? I have 1 dead cylider and I want to check them out. It doesn't want to pump fuel either. Anyone know where to get fuel pump parts? Thanks...

I am looking at a Merc snowmobile that I believe was a 600? something. I guess it is a hurricane. The one cylinder is dead and I am not too worried about it if I can get parts since the asking price is $50 and the rest of the sled is in good condition. Can I get engine parts for this sled??
