I've had this happen. It sounds like you are sucking up crud from the tank. Try blowing air throuth the little vent hose on the carb back into the tank. It worked for me numerous time.

I have 2 scoots that can be combined to make one good one. Both engines run, one track is O.K. the other is ripped. 2 out of 4 ski's are usable, etc.... I can email pictures to anyone interested. The sleds are located in New Hampshire. $1200. will take them away.
