Some of the teeth look messed up in the video? I think u either got a bent axle or the cog drive is out of round hard to tell in the video though i will check mine tonight or tommorrow and see i never really checked it even when i put on new tracks they spun hard but consistent .and maybe not as har...

Is the track aligned and centered right? i dont think it is is why u are haveing this problem i would look at your adjusters and make sure they measure even .If they are try to loosen 1 side then the other to see if it helps with the binding.I cant rememebr if mine did that too but i will check tomm...
