Does anyone know the difference between a Scoot ski and a Sport ski? They are different part numbers. Are the bolt holes that go through spindle bushing different diameters? Thanks

Rule of thumb is 1hp for 10cc. So around 8hp.

The earlier ( 1988 Scoot) sleds had one rubber plug. The later one ones have two, a new replacement carb will also have two plugs. I believe all Sport carbs had two plugs from first year built.

Did you replace with known good carb? Still sounds like carb, dirt issues. Also fuel pump may bad, or full of dirt too, not delivering enough fuel to carb.
