You need to pressure test the lower end, or disassemble & inspect the crank center seal. It may still be something else other than the seal...like stator, coils or CDI. You say you are in Mt Clemens?

im not sure about ignition because it starts on first pull and runs smooth, yes i am in mt. clemens, are you in the area??
