Hey all, picking up my sled tomorrow from a friend. need some info if anyone can help. need to know what type of plugs, and oil mix ratio i need before i blow it up. anyone with a scan of the owners manual would be awesome.

I'm told 25-1 on the oil /fuel ratio

Original Parts book called for (if the engine is correct)

Hurricane 350, (maker points, no electornic trigger unit) D-77V

Hurricane MK-1 (all electronic L-77V)

NGK BUH could also be used in later Hurc's

i have a 72 hurricane i i just bought plugs for it and i got the champion D-6 thats what the new plug books say.

The original call by Mercury was for Surface Gap spark plugs. I don't believe that the D-6 is a surface gap plug.
