very little spark

I Am Restoring A !975 Mercury S/R440.I Have cleaned The Points And flywheel magneto.I gapped the Points At .014 And my Spark Is Really Weak.Should I Replace The Internal Ignition Coil Or The Condensor.IBeleive the External Coils Are good.If Anybody Can help Me it Would be greatly appreciated.

same sled mine has no spark, everything checks out, but the ignition coil is supposed to be grounded through the machine screws that hold it in place, in theory this system would be shorted out through the igniter coil.I need a schematic to figure it out!
