Scoot/Sport prices new ?

Does anyone remember what Scoots and Sports sold for NEW? How much was E-start option? What other factory options were offered? I have seen a few windshields and rear racks out there, were they for the Scoot/Sport or something someone made to fit from another machine????

I just bought this scoot never seen racks like this before. Anyone got any insight into who made them? Pretty pumped this will soon be my new camp scoot when I put a new track under it. Unfortunately the
