Rubber plug in carb How many ?

I have a 1990 sno sport and in the carb there is 2 black plugs ( one covers the pilot jet and the other covers the hole next on the other side.The parts break down shows only 1. How many should there be. Thanks

The earlier ( 1988 Scoot) sleds had one rubber plug. The later one ones have two, a new replacement carb will also have two plugs. I believe all Sport carbs had two plugs from first year built.
