help!!! sno scoot wont start

i just got my 89 sno scoot back from yamaha dealer.had them go through and clean carb and check over. it started at dealer but when i got home it wouldn't start. pulled plug and it was dry. called dealer and he said to spray carb cleaner in the pink overflow hose on side of carb. if i do that it starts and runs fine till i shut it off,then i have to spray it to get it started. any ideas would be appreciated. the dealer doesnt seem to be much help. it does have electric start. thanks todd

is the choke adjusted properly?

it seems to be opening and closeing like it should.
