WTB--sport kick starter

i am looking for a real nice kick lever for a sno sport--also how are they held onto the shaft and do they have a rubber piece on them where your foot goes---thanks
They have a cross bolt, and mine had a rubber covered foot peg.
Just ordered another from sno scoot.com aka Freedom cycles.
