Early 70's Mercury 440 Merc's

I have what I believe are two early 70's Mercury 440 Merc's (S/R?). I believe there are enough good parts between the two to make one complete sled minus the engine parts/rebuild and a seat (I think I have one laying around, not in the greatest shape).

I am trying to figure out how much these are worth to sell as is, how much parted out, and how much it would cost to restore them/how much could I sell them for restored.

Thanks for any info you might have. I am considering offers for them as is. If anyone is interested let me know and I will clean them all off for a better look. Much of these sleds seem to be in amazing condition considering the year, and that they have been sitting out in the weather all these years.
