Have you had the carb off and taken it apart for cleaning? It is pretty easy to do. There are 3 jets that need to be cleaned. Take off float bowl cover and flip carb upside down, and all the jets are right there, main one dead center, small one there also, and then one under the rubber plug. Make sure you use a GOOD screwdriver that fits the slot of the jet. Any little piece of dirtin a jet can make it run bad. Also check to make sure enricher (choke) is closing all the way, you can look through hole in carb sith flashligh and see the plunger go up and down when you flip the lever. Pull the choke cable with carb, just unscrew nut at by the handlebars. Any questions let me know.
