I got my twister

Hi I just found a twister not shure what year it is. The manufacture date is Nov 1973 and it was a fan or f/a can you tell by the vin m number The boby is in nice shape no motor I am going to build a race sled out of it.

It has to be a 1974 Sno-Twister Free-air 400 with that date-code.
