Put the 3 bolt puller back on and tension it up. Get a hammer and hit the end of the forcing bolt on the puller (the part you turn with a wrench to tighten it up)...do NOT hammer on the flywheel. One or two hits with a hammer and it will "pop" right off.

N5XL is right.

If after a couple of hits (don't beat the puller senseless) it does not pop off. Tighten up the puller and leave it. Put some PB Blaster to the bolt/keyway and let it sit. After 24 hours come back out and give it a whack. If no-joy continue the tension setup. You may come out one day and find that it "popped" off while you were gone.
