Fuel problems 76 440 TT

I have a 76 440TT, problem is with the fuel. Very little fuel is be suck up in the lines to the carb with the choke closed. With the choke open it gets a lot more gas but has air in the lines. Change filters, and cleaned out the gas dist ( where the gas is feed into and splits off to the carbs and a line from the engine feeds into). Any ideal what is wrong.

fuel problem, replace all fuel lines sounds like hole in line or you have to rebuild fuel pump.
