Can someone please tell me how to keep my 76 S/T 440 head gaskets from leaking. I have tried every thing I can think of short of grooving the heads and using an o-ring!!!
Make sure the head is flat....have it checked by a machinist...(same for cyl deck) second, buy the spray-on copper gasket surfacer by PERMATEX...works great!
