Need voltage regulator for 75 440 MX

I am trying to get a 75 MX back together--previous owner tore into the electrical system and I am a rookie Merc owner! Looks like I need a voltage regulator, and especially a wiring diagram. Sled has electric start.

Electric Start was a dealer installed option (in kit form). Parts book indicates that the regulator has a serial number split.

I have both. $25 each plus shipping.

I will need your serial number to tell if I have it.
