Head Size Helmet Size

20-1/4"-20-3/4"

 X-Small
20-5/8"-21-1/8" Small
21-3/8"-22-1/8" Medium
22-1/4"-23" Large
23-1/4"-23-5/8" X-Large
23-3/4"-24-1/8" XX-Large
To Size: Measure your Head with a cloth tape measure 1 inch above your eyebrows. (At your heads largest size). 

Hint: If you don't have a cloth tape measure use a string and then stretch it out on a yard stick.
