1000 feet is pretty far head to head with an SRX. We raced the S/T 20+ years ago and that engine should keep climbing on the tech. We ran 750 ft back in the day and would be completely shifted out at 60-70 feet. The engine would take it from there and cross the line @ 10k+ and still be pulling. I kn...

75 s/t 440 stock jetting ?

What is the stock carb configuration for 75 s/t 440 Free-Air and carb size?

Did these carbs have an adjustable high speed knob on the bowl?

Why is everyone so down on the cat clutches? We dragged a 76 st 250-340-440 for years and loved them. You just need to keep them clean and replace the center bushings when they start showing wear. They can't be that bad we mad the finals at the world series running them. Just my 2 cents.
