Head Size Helmet Size
20 1/8"-20-1/2" XX-Small

20-7/8"-21-1/4"

 X-Small
21-5/8"-22" Small
22 1/8"-22 3/4" Medium
23-1/8"-23 5/8" Large
23-3/4"-24-3/8" X-Large
24-1/2"-25 1/8" XX-Large
To Size: Measure your Head with a cloth tape measure 1 inch above your eyebrows. (At your heads largest size). 

Hint: If you don't have a cloth tape measure use a string and then stretch it out on a yard stick.
