Dies with throttle

I have a 88 scoot it starts fine but dies when you give it throttle I replaced the carbarator and that didn't help

Did you replace with known good carb? Still sounds like carb, dirt issues. Also fuel pump may bad, or full of dirt too, not delivering enough fuel to carb. Fuel pump will get dirt inside and clogged with paper material from the intank filter. Fuel pump can be taken apart and cleaned up, just note how to put it back together. I'd suggest adding an inline filter before carb also.
